“Nice way to end holiday with a 3 bedroom apartment. Minor issue with reception not used to non Korean bookings”

“I booked this hotel for the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I do not think people have any idea what it is like to stay in a 4 star hotel, this is not for sure unless it costs. Unacceptable to spend 18 euros for two cafes at the bar ... unacceptable to send a t-shirt to wash and return spotted ... unacceptable not to provide general directions (pool opening times, breakfast times, etc ...) little staff friendliness if not the "usual" smiles of convenience ... poor professionalism ... Room...

“Didnt have breakfast or dining service. Ordered a french fries for room service but it was just average fries. Staffs were very nice and courteous. All amenities were great, specially the ping pong table and play area. Swimming pool was heated and open late to use. Perfect for cooler weather. ”

“The location is good The suite room is big and comfortable. The pool is small and you need to pay to enter the pool. The pool cafeteria includes only drinks and cookies. There is coin laundry in the hotel. It’s more expensive compared to the other hotels we have visited in Korea. We bought breakfast in the hotel. It was good - a lot of delicious and various food.”

“Great location to visit all the sites of Jeju (everything can be gotten to within 45-60 minutes by car) staff are wonderful, freshly cooked delicious breakfast every morning. Museum genuinely surprised me at the exhibits inside, definitely worth the 30 minute free tour by the owner. Only downside is beds were a little hard for our liking but still slept well.”

“Posizione comoda, non centralissima ma v8cina all'aeroporto e ad una zona pedonale con molto ristoranti e negozi. Personale non gentilissimo, e poco flessibili. Check in alle 15 e fino alle 15 in punto non hanno inziato, ho chiesto di prenotare un taxi per la mia partenza alle 5.45 del mattino e mi hanno detto che non si sarebbero segnati la mia richiesta a ma avrei dovuto swcndere prima la mattina stessa per la richiesta. Abbiamo scelto la camera in atile coreano, futon scomodissimi! ”

“Struttura in buona posizione, vicino ad aeroporto e ristoranti (anche se la zona non è particolarmente bella). Parcheggio facile, buona posizione per visitate l'isola in auto. Sotto la struttura è presente fermata autobus, ma consigliamo vivamente di noleggiare auto.”
